If you define "best" as having the best hardware, then sure.

True. Benchmarks aren't relevant, at least for me. Most of the time, I can't tell if the phone is running a dual or a single processor.

frankly, my galaxy S2 running using Opera browser yield similar test result with 4S

spec wise, 1.2GHz > 800Mhz A5

Shouldn't you run Opera browser on 4S too to be able to compare?

Phones with 1ghz processors are > A4, yet iphone 4 runs as smooth (smoother in many many cases).

and I don't know what tests should be considered benchmarks but the website list many of them
