that was fast, yours probably stopped midway,  its 8 hours remaining here,  you should "restore" it and redownload it again.

It took me 90 minutes to download it, the problem starts when I click "update". From Engadget:

"According to customer support, the 3200 error is on Apple's end. Nothing you do to your iPhone/iPad (DFU mode, Reset all Settings, etc.) will change the error. Repeatedly trying the servers is the only thing you can do. If it worked after you put your phone in DFU mode, recited the alphabet backwards, or prayed, it was a coincidence. Just try again later."
