Yes, I think SSBB will generate a noticeable boost to Wii hardware and software. It will draw in the hardcore fence sitters but also those who already own a HD console and are looking to compliment it with a second console. I don't believe SSBB will hurt the sales of casual titles though - Wii Sports, Fit, Play will continue to sell well as per usual.
