I agree with literally all of the games on that list.
I don't think Modern Warfare is over-rated, I thoroughly enjoyed Modern Warfare 2's campaign and I thought it was as good as Modern Warfare 1's in every way. Obviously the game has it's flaws but I don't think it is over-rated amongst fans, especially recently with all the hate the Modern Warfare series has been getting recently.
I was surprised to see Final Fantasy VII on the list and I was about to disagree with it...until I read the description. It's my favourite game of all time, but he is right, the game has so many flaws that just get glossed over and people make the game out to be something it's not. The characters were pretty bad, memorable and iconic, but still pretty shallow. Like he said, the graphics were horrendous too, but some people still consider it to be one of the best looking games ever.
