ok Seece now that post could win me over, but the major problem is that some of it is speculation.

as a matter of fact thats a lot of speculation, or just high expectation which is understandable.

wether some want to admit it or not that is sound, but i must say your faith in this is something i can't touch.

i wish you luck in this, and i honestly hope your right cause i'd hate for some sonyfanboy or anyone for that matter to pull this thread up in 2012 and you be proven wrong.

i don't expect a quote from you, and trust me i've tried hard to get one from you in this thread.

i don't see what you see, but if you'er right i'll be glad to help you brag about it in Jan. of 2012

Your wish comes true.

If I lost I wouldn't mind people bragging, as long as i/we got an explanation from MS as to why it didn't happen (which I don't hedge my bets on)

I've already said it depends with what MS come out with, I'm just certain they know what they're talking about. They've got a better grasp on the market than the other two right now, and if Sony and Nintendo can cut twice since 360's last baseline price, in the face of a struggling euro Vs. Yen, then MS could easily knock the kinect bundle down to $199 aka mass market price.

With updated languages, and tv coming to european nations, and MS now manufacturing the 360 in brazil so it can offer it across brazil and other latin american countries 40% cheaper (significantly cheaper than PS3 there) it shows they're trying in others places. They've gone on record to say they're aiming to do better in Europe and not be so UK centric.

Their execution this christmas will be perfect no matter what and will blow ninty and sony out of the water, they already made the obvious mistake of cutting price too early.
