For crying out loud, the Wii is barely even mentioned in this thread. If we enforced that rule to the degree you're asking for, half the people on this site would be banned, including you many times over.
Whining about rule violators is not on topic. The proper course would have been reporting it. So by complaining about it here, you yourself are in violation.
