Samsung is notoriously bad for updating their phones unfortunately...but I think MS is pushing this update hard on all phones and carriers so you'll probably get it within a week or two.

My friend has Focus and he got the update. He told me it depends on the version of your mobile. Some got it already and the rest will get it by the end of october.
