What do you think Nintendo needs to do to win next gen on consoles?

From all the talk going around online, the dev kits for the Wii U have been less than satisfactory. They either haven't been working right or just broke, I believe I read.

That's strange usually Nintendo is good with those. I think even the gamecube had a good dev kit
