low price point $299 i hope, continue to offer experiences that no one else can, make sure every genre is innovative, and finds its way exclusive, free PSN and a plus option without adding online multi-player to it, continue to open up to indie and upstart/garage developers , and make PSN fill like home to all pubs and developers them.
make sure the system is easy to develop for.
continue to keep the games flowing and have a launch lineup of familiar faces while bringing in new faces that sell, and above all else. advertise there asses off!
