In my case the OP is true *sigh*

I've been playing 2-5 hours every day the last few months. What to speak about time I spent reading up on videogames.

Of course, as Kowenicki said, "everything in moderation" is a solution, but not everyone can manage that.

Some of us have addictive personalities.

Right there with ya buddy. I have an extremely addictive personality, and a huge lack of will-power. I probably game about 20 hours a week.

That said, I'm in my final year at college, have a great social life and a long term girlfriend, but I do wish I could cut down on gaming a bit, I'd love to do some other things with that time- work out more, take up a new hobby etc. My grades in school/college also took a hit whenever my gaming time increased.

Everything in moderation is right.

Apart from alcohol :P
