well you can always wait for next gen cards. As this always happens every 6-12 months. I normally skip one or two generations and currently have a 560 Ti.

If your current setup is going bad, you could get a 460 gtx. You wouldn't notice a huge difference from the TI. And then get the next generation. Here, at some places it's almost a 100 USD cheaper than the 560 TI. But I don't know if that points matters. I bought the 560 TI afterall.

What card do you have now?

If you've never had a ps3, That has a lot of awesome games. All those games you listed come out on ps3 too I think. (though I hate playing elder scrolls on console. it's still an option). 

I can't really say there's a write answer to this, just what you want.
