Also, other articles show it has the same title, with the added "Full Voice Version". So, if you saw the title Street Fighter IV: Full Voice Version, you'd think it were the same game (with extra stuff, such as voiceovers). I'm just guessing so you can wait till someone confirms but it seems to be either a port or a remake.
