1. bundled sales of Gears 3, the biggest release of Xbox exclusive this year is not a indication of Sony's failure, more of a Microsoft's success. I'm not going to take it away from microsoft. Sony did nothing wrong there.
2. Fall is the beginning of the video game start season, (season is the dead season), nothing wrong with having a price cut to jumpstart the sales.
3. Uncharted 3 can sell consoles by itself, PS3 has always been about number of quality games (not just 1 or 2), it doesn't need a price cut to sell uncharted.
all and all, Sony did nothing wrong,
