True enough. I'm not exactly sure what the details involve, but the bare reality is that the plaintiff doesn't have a real case in this matter.

And so far I haven't even heard this companies name, so I'm guessing it's just a random company no one knows that well, that not a lot of people can sympathize with, that anyone could easily call them a liar or unjustified in their actions. So, I don't see a reason for them to even settle just to keep the media talk down either.

That we even know about it might be proof enough that Nintendo doesn't even care (which they shouldn't).
