While Valve has said in the past Sony should be commended for allowing Steam on its system, Faliszek said the firm still has to go through Sony’s approval process in order to update games through the service.
“There’s some big changes that still need to go through, so we’ll have to see,” he said when asked if Steam could provide incremental updates to PS3 games. “We’re open to that and it’d be cool idea but we’re just going to have to wait. "
