Unless it gets blasted by bad review scores on a Duke Nukem Forever scale there is nothing that will stop RAGE from selling rather well ... easily over 1 mil by end of year.
Dark Souls will likely sell much better than Demon for being a sequel, multiplatform, and for receiving more advertising (Gamestop has posters up for it, and early preorders were collectors edition upgrade, and it seemed to get more attention from game websites / fan promotion).
