well hell, if we are going to go by that logic (not saying your wrong) then 3rd parties did great for Wii. All they did was make Wii Sports (deca sports) and Fit(EA sports active) clones

lazy? sure. stupid, i dont know, those nintendo games they made were very popular. What were 3rd parties supposed to make if notmore games that were already popular on the system, especially in terms of motion control and some of those did sell well

Stupid for misjudging the potential of Nintendo, and stupid for investing so much money into the HD consoles, and completely fucking retarded for wasting the opportunity to sell popular franchises on the Wii. Just think what could've been if Capcom released MH3 in 2008, and made a proper Resident Evil game, instead of on-rails.

Face it, Nintendos quality level is so high, any mimic is automatically percieved as trash by most people. 3rd parties existed to make the games that Nintendo wouldn't.
