They are waiting till the end of the fiscal year (March 31st) then assessing whether production needs to be increased further.
I would assume we will either hear of an increase in the report [probably released late April] or else not long after.
Edit:@kitchensink. A 50% increase would be 2.7 million, I seriously doubt that will happen, but a further 50% in June? that's a certainly not... +50% onto 2.7 would be 4.05million.
I think you messed up your math.
I expect an increase to 2.3-2.5 million... however it might take from March [when they decide they need it] till June to take effect.
