This is clearly nonsense, we all know that the Wii U is in development hell after the all knowing and mighty lords of 01.net deemed us worthy of their infallible wisdom.
But seriously, we've already seen that only a selection of developers are willing to go the extra mile with Nintendo hardware in the visual stakes. So I wouldn't hold out much hope on that point.
