I polled save the kid, Why because my wife 21 at the time was run down and killed and my sister inlaw was left in a critical condition by a drunk driver while waiting at a bus shelter to go to Uni at 8.30 in the morning, the car came down the hill and veered across the road he was given a 6 month jail term. so yes I would.
