If you save the kid - vehicular manslaughter and probably realistically around three years or less in prison.
If you don't, vehicular manslaughter and negligent homicide (you purposefully allowed somebody else to die). If you get caught you'll be spending much more than a decade behind bars.
Plus I personally could not live with myself if I allowed the second kid to die - I'd struggle for killing the first kid. So no matter how long the prison sentence I'd save the kid.
