You're driving while slightly drunk, kill a kid, injure another, what do you do?

Why would you kill yourself? Also calling the cops doesn't guarantee the child's life. Who knows how long it'll take the cops to get to him.

The cops should get there faster then I could get him to a hospital. 

They should, but the police could be incompetent. Also, why would you kill yourself?

EDIT: Better yet, imagine your phone is dead. That's not the point anyway. Just imagine you hav to make a choice between your freedom and someone else's life

I'd save the kid, no point in making two mistakes in one night.
