"I did not personally kill your son, father and brother. I am innocent," Cook quoted Davis as telling members of MacPhail's family who were present in the death chamber."

I do not know much about this case. But Did he ever explain what happened and who did kill his the other persons daughter and what he had to do with her death. just because he didn't pull the trigger doesnt mean he's not a slimeball. Or that he had nothing to do with her death.Or that he's a good person like the articles trying to dramatically convey.

Not that I think he should have got the lethal injection,

Casey Anthony was let off because the prosecution were greedy morons who didn't know what they were doing. IMO everyone that says Casey Anthony killed her son is probably right. But whether it was negligent or murder is unknown.

If Casey Anthony was let off, so should have this guy been.

and OJ should have been in jail. people go to jail, imprisoned, wrongly killed. Unfortunate facts of life.

the death penalty is incredibly inconsistent. Charles Manson got off the death penalty. And he's probably one of the most evil people ever. You could use that argument (charles manson got off so "person X" should get off too).

I don't think this guy should have been executed. But, it doesn't matter what I think since I can't do anything about it.
