How can you not see the potential? Wii Fit needs to be compared to the likes of Brain Training, Nintendogs and Wii Sports. Such casual titles can be difficult to appreciate using a hardcore criteria of success. Nevertheless, they continue to dominate the gaming charts for months, even years after release. I can assure you, Wii Fit will be a huge commercial success.
From a more traditional gaming perspective I am interested in the potential of the Wii balance board. The skiing and snowboarding minigames in particular look awesome and the possibilities are endless. I'm hoping the success of Wii Fit and the creative possibilities afforded by the balance board will help attract more third party developers.
