the game has massive casual appeal (wiisports, brainage) and will likely follow those sales patterns into the tens of millions sold LTD. It won't be front loaded like halo 3 if for no other reason than nintendo can't manufacture enough units to have a massive front loaded launch.
personally, i'm really excited for this game. for one - i like games that make you move around like DDR. for two - because my gf (who hates video games for the most part) is excited for wiifit. anything that gets her to enjoy my hobby is a good thing to me. for three - it is unique. i think there are some arcade based skiing games that are similar to the wiifit skiing games but for a console it's like no other game on the market. new=exciting.
