Agreed. On a slightly lighter note: Does anyone else avoid using Civ 4 government civics like slavery and what not because you know its evil? Even if I would get a net benefit from the civic, I just couldn't damage my sensitive feelings by enforcing them. Even if I sit there and say "Only 1s and 0s. Only 1s and 0s.", I always wait until I can get Free Speech, etc.
