Call Nintendo. If you have the console tilted or sitting at a weird angle, then set it upright. With all electroincs with optical drives, they are meant to be sitting the way they were intended to be sitting. Anything other than that can cause pressure on the writable surface of the disc and thus cause scratches which leads to a sad lolita not being about to play with her Wii.
