Strangely enough... not yet.
Aside from the embedded battery, all we heard so far, was good news, too - memcard prices are to be disregarded since they are for Japan and everything costs more. Game prices too - Sony already announced $40 (or 45) for Vita games. If you mind me mentioning that, then I'll edit those.
