We'll probably hear some rumblings about the "Next-Box" sometime next year as the Wii U gets closer to launch, but I don't expect to see any concrete info on it (i.e. the hardware reveal itself or actual games) until early '13, or right around E3 2013.
It all depends on the Wii U and how it performs when its released, and if it can deliver a true next-gen experience or of it's really just Nintendo playing catch up in the hardware department with a new controller gimmick thrown in to entice the casuals to upgrade.
