I believe we should banning crybabies. I think we catter to them to much. Funny, I believe in civility and loyal discourse on everything I do. I don't see why both should be thrown out the window just because it's a "competitive sales site". As far as I know, it's also a place to discuss video games right? If that's the case, then some civility should be shown and trolling or malitious intent goes against those principles.

I guess the anonimity of the internet really gets to some people.
