Rod announced in his Q&A last night, that the Skins in one giant bundle would cost you 3600 Microsoft points...
You can also purchase static sets for 240, and Animated sets for 320 Microsoft points respectively.
EDIT: also its 1200MSP for all skins on one select gun, you do NOT have to pay for the set on both the Gnasher and Sawed Off.
