And yes MW3 will move tons of consoles for microsoft. Every year someone says everyone who is going to buy mw3 or gears 3 already has a 360 but. but every year the the sequals come out the ahrdware goes up significantly

Gears 3 will allow MS to be about even with the PS3 for that week, so no gain there. I agree that MW3 will boost the 360 more but not enough to close the gap. Fifa 12 will give a huge boost to the PS3 in EMEAA also, people tend to forget how monstrous that game is in Europe. The gap will only grow until the holidays.

I think the PS3 will outsell the 360 (WW) through the holidays, not just until.

American sales will scale up, i get that.. but just watch, in Microsofts best possible scenario, they will tie the PS3's sales over the holiday period. Not beat. They are already down by over 60k a week on average.

are we counting on 3rd party games to pull the 360 up? with their $400 bundles.. ? Maybe Kinect!? because thats what it did last year...(but thats when it launched)

Battlefield 3 and MW3 are on PS3 too people!

I see zero advantage for the 360 this holiday. Not unless they drop the price. If they do- then yes they will win the holidays
