The summary is:

-All based on the 28nm process.

-Will use the new PCIe 3.0 interface.

-HD78xx series will come with 2Gb of DDR5 memory.

-HD79xx series will use the new Rambus XDR2 memory.

-HD7950 will run at 900MHZ, the HD7970 will run at 1000MHz.

-Power consumption reduced massively. While the current HD6970 uses 250 watts, the HD7950 will use 150 watts and the HD7970 190 watts.
