So do I.
I do think that HD Zelda should (and probably will) have voice acting for most of the characters, but hopefully NOT Link.
In Wink Waker, Link yells, "Come on!" when you're guiding that statue around, and that I don't mind. But giving Link full dialogue is a bad idea, IMHO. I think it's far more advantageous to have him just nod or shake his head when asked a question or use body language as a response. That can really give a character, character... without actually speaking. Remember, Zelda is not meant to be Uncharted.
And not all games that rely on a great story have to have the protagonist constantly talking to be relatable; look at the first Bioshock. Except for a couple of short lines in the intro, I don't think your character says anything in the entire game...
