It's the latest game from Relic, a mix of third person shooter and beat them all where you play a member of the Space Marines on a world taken over by Orks. A demo is available for the solo (on PC and HD consoles). Some have been calling it a ripoff of Gears of War but the games are actually very different.
I really like this game but haven't played the multi yet (I've read it's pretty good but has a lot of problems with matchmaking and some lag). I think if you like W40k lore, you will really dig this game, unless you just hate action games obviously.
Unfortunately THQ does not support it a lot, I guess they are counting on "viral marketing" from W40k fans
