I have no idea why people are bothered by this voice business. I prefer to read it. Games with voices need to have immediate skip abilities because I want to play the game rather than wait for people to witter on at me. I can read the text far, far faster than they can speak it. Gaming is about playing and action rather than passively staring at cut scenes.

Gaming has evolved to be many things. It should still rely on great gameplay, but I will never be drawn into caring about characters when they seem like mindless mutes. I think this game should include voice withe option for text only because it would thrill many to have better developed characters with more personality while still pleasing those who like text. I gave up on text last gen and this just seems outdated.
