3DS price cut really accelerated that. However, on the other hand, it probably helps a few thousand units on 3DS baseline and it looks like 3DS is holding pretty steady right now.
MikeB predicts that the PS3 will sell about 140 million units by the end of 2016 and triple the amount of 360s in the long run.
