How many more/less millions will the PS3 sell in 2008 world wide

I'm going with "too soon to tell."

Depends on if Sony cuts prices and win... and if the big PS3 exclusives make it out on time. 

Although they better take their time... as a game done poorley would be even more catastrophic.
