How badly do you want Final Fantasy XIII-2?

I really dont see the point of a sequel to what was really an average FF game (other than for SE to make money). I thought the story and the characters wrapped up reasonably well and if they had to make a game i would rather see a story featuring new characters rather than using the same ones (with the exception of Noel).

I also dont see why they werent willing to finish Versus 13 before coming back and making this sequel - they put a game in development for 5 or so years on hold to go and make a new game. Thats so silly.

I will probably buy this game but only after a price drop and reviews will influence me heavily.
