Also I know that with a 5670 the CPU will be a bottle neck but he can easily upgrade mainboard and cpu later for a few bucks and keep Power Supply and Graphics card.

It has been awhile since I could take a good look at this.  Thanks for all the help.

It is actually a dual core processor, by the way.
