I say yes. This horrible boat accessory is definitely indicative of the ambitions developers have for the platform, so Nintendo will go ahead with the overhaul. As soon as that new design is announced, sales will drop sharply as people await the new, new model. As I said on the gamrFeed board, I can't believe 3DS owners are being put through this ordeal. Again.
