Using drugs (even marijuana) is about one of the dumbest things you can do. I've known person after person who has told me how smoking pot isn't worse than being an alcoholic. It's sad because those are the same people that either waste their lives away getting high and losing any potential they had or either used pot as a gateway drug into something worse. I have a whole list of friends that threw their lives away during college and it was all due to pot. Some of them eventually recovered, most didn't, and all at the time said it wasn't a problem.

I smoked pot in engineering school, so did about 50% of the students there.

We were occasional smokers not hardcore.

18 years laters most of us are highly paid software developers, bankers, executives or even members of the current french government.....

Smoking pot occasionaly won't do shit to you. It's regular use that is the problem or moving on to harder drugs........
