Gears of War 3 or Zelda Skyward Sword... which is more anticipated/wanted/needed?

I think there is definitely arguments that this zelda will easily eclipse Gears3, lifetime, considering its on a 90m userbase and definitely a popular IP. First week will definitely go to gears... lifetime is arguable Zelda.

I think that would be the assessment most would make.  Zelda will have guaranteed legs, Gears legs will depend on how good the product is, particularly online.
