Capcom projected that this game would do 2 mil. It is currently sitting at 1.35 mil across both consoles. Needless to say they are way off of their target.  With UMvs.C3 coming in Nov, i dont see these sales going up.

WTH happened?? Mvs.C2 was released online to garner some attention, (its still selling) and their was alot of fanfare for 3 prior to it coming out. You guys should have seen the line to play this at Comic con last year. Was it the vusuals?? No they look great. Was it the roster? Maybe  People were upset that there was no Megaman but IMHO, theri is Zero and he is a lot more useful than blue. No Frank West, i thought he sucked in Tvs.C, but those are not omission s that i imagine would be a deal breaker for most.  Less character count?? So what?? Only a handful of the guys from Mvs.C2 was useful anyway. Servebot, 2 Wolverines, Roll?

Or was it the online?? Yeah, that has to be it. Less options than SSF4 which was a damn update to another game that came out years prior.  Horrible matchmaking. Come on, Tatsunoko vs. Capcom has better matchmaking than this game and Tvs.C has far less people playing that. Their is no excuse for a company like Capcom to produce a online code like that in 2011, none.  Usually i would ask why the gaming community has larger ignored a good game, but in this case; as painful as it is for me ( i love fighters), i understand. Then to add injury to injury, Cap decides to forego all DLC plans and then release a superior version of the game less than a year later. Here an idea instead of wasting time with that, why not just fix the damn terrible netcode and maybe rebalance the game a bit, cause im sure thats more important than having damn Hawkeye and Ghost Rider in the game. Then to release the game in November, where its sure to be killed by AC Revelations, COD MW3, Uncharted 3, hell i wouldnt be surprised if Sonic outsells it
