Nothing to hate Nintendo for here, y'know? Were it not for them, you could debate whether or not you're getting it at all. They're actually being fantastic on the DQ front by handling the localization and are promoting (for DQIX, at least) it like nothing on earth. There's a reason why DQIX topped 1m in the West.
On topic, I'm quite worried about the whole "must be connected to the internet" thing now. I love DQ for the hundreds of hours I kill in singleplayer. I'd be beyond heartbroken at attempts to make it an MMO.
