I can understand posting links to ROM's or ISO's, but Emulators are legal and have nothing to do with piracy, even downloading ROM's and ISO's is legal as long as you have the original copy.

As long as the Emulator doesn't come with games or the BIOS it's legal.

Lots of things are legal, but if discussing / linking to those things violates forum rules, then they're not allowed.
