Im going to hold mine for 2 or 3 years atleast, because even if the 3DS isn't a success, a Nintendo mobile device is bound to be produced, and I wouldn't bet against that, especially in a market thats moving on to Android devices, and away from this IPhone cult.
The dividends are impressive too, so theres that bit of comfort for the time being.

I know , i just dont have much money right now since I have been unemployed for a bit. So It was more of a really short term deal because I was expecting big things from the 3DS a big christmas for Wii and the DS and 3DS, and a lot of excitement from the Wiii U. None of that happened at first so I have been waiting for it to go up to where I would be happy and get a little extra for my troulbes. 500-1,000 would be worth it for me.
