It looks like a NSMB rip-off!!! The only difference is that it'll have a bunch of characters no one cares about and play as well as madacaskart comp to mario kart!!!

by that logic any 2d platformer ever made is a ripoff of Mario, hell Mario is a rip off of Pitfall. Have you ever played the original Rayman?? And it wasnt like NSMB was all original.

As for the petz game, dont hold your breath, SOny dont play that, well not that much. I found a few released for PSP, but alot released for DS, like double digits. Why blame UBisoft?? Blame the parents who keep buying them, they must make money if they keep making em, and thats not gonna change for the future, while we're on the subject, how come that series gets so much bile while the Nintendogs gets so much praise??

if you have kids and watched em play theres a gulf of diffrence between the two. the "Z" games has the polish of many $1 games currently flooding the iPhone, iPad, and Android right now.  I don't particularly care about Nintendogs myself but at least it pioneered the genre and looks and plays(from what I see) a whole lot better than Ubicraps "Z" games!!! (my opinion)  Regarding origins, it'll still be a rip-off of NSMB just as many ppl still claim that Castlevania:LoS, Dante's Inferno, etc are rip-offs of GoW (hell GoW is a rip-off of DMC then stylewise and conceptual gameplay IMHO). 

well you cant really judge until you've played both. I played Nintendogs and hated it, i thought it was a boring glorified, better looking Gigapet for DS, but hell some people like it. Never played Petz or any Z game, but the fact that they have made so much, must mean that someone likes it.  As for ripoffs, those people are not exactly right, GOW, DI, C:LoS, DMC all play a bit differently from each other, they just belong in the same genre. Are we gonna call all games in the same genre ripoffs? not likely and ive played all those games. ok Dante's Inferno is the closer to GOW than any of the others
