Sales = quality of the job that customers need to be done. I think that is a more accurate equation.

If the job that needs to be done is fast food, then the question isn't McDonald's or any super high end restaurant. Rather it's McDonald's vs. Burger King, for example. McDonald's sells more than Burger King, because McDonald's fast food is of higher quality.

I am fairly sure that McDonalds v BK doesn't show up as quality so much as quality in marketing and/or monopolization of geographical areas.
