Nope, NES and Genesis topped the PS1, but not the SNES (lol).
Obviously there is bias to any website, and I always push that this website is more playstation biased.
However it's just a game, I'm just interested to see how biased this website is. I mean who in the right mind would put Genesis two positions above SNES?

True. In hindsight the PS3 could have easily been eliminated at many points; in fact at one point I think it only had one vote left in it (maybe two like you said), but I never voted it down, resulting in the die-hard fans building it back up. That's the wonderfully unpredictable nature of these elimination games; PS3 proves to be the comeback kid, and the Genesis squeaks into 3rd place. The good news is that all of the systems in the top 10 are great, IMO.
Now it's PS2 versus PS3, but PS3 should not even come close to PS2. There is a reason why PS2 sold 150 million, and PS3 probably will never hit 100 million.
You're right about PS3 probably never hitting 100m, but it's still my personal favorite Sony system (it's got the Uncharted and Bioshock series, MGS4, it's my blu-ray player, etc). Then again I absolutely loved the Gamecube...

I was almost certain the SNES would kill off the PS3, but as PS3 was near death, a huge reversal happened.
I agree that the top 10 are all great systems, but add the 360 onto that as well. 90% of the games are the same as PS3's, and I honestly strongly prefer 360's exclusives over PS3. I'm really into sci-fi, JRPG's, and Racing games, and well 360 does it for me.
As for PS3 being your favorite Sony console, really? I think most would agree that PS2 is much better, but PS3 and PS1 is debatable. PS3 does have a lot of AAA games, and free online is awesome. PSP is the worst LOL, but there are some excllent games on it, and the Worst Sony is still damn good.
Anything Sony, Nintendo or MS makes is great, and most of Sega is awesome too (some exceptions like the 32X).
